Het betreft een short-stay contract tot maximaal 1 februari 2026.

Locatie
Deze mooie studio's zijn gelegen in de binnenstad van Groningen. Het centrum is op loopafstand, waar je een breed scala aan winkels, restaurants, cafés en culturele hotspots vindt. Ook het hoofdstation is binnen enkele minuten te bereiken met de fiets.

Indeling
Raamstraat 8-A (Foto 17 t/m 20) bevindt zich op de eerste verdieping en heeft een woonoppervlak van circa 25 m². De woon-/slaapkamer beschikt over een open keuken, welke is voorzien van een koelkast, inductiekookplaat, combi-oven/magnetron, vaatwasser en afzuigkap. De badkamer is voorzien van een douche, toilet en wasbak.

Raamstraat 8-C ( foto 8 t/m 12 ) bevindt zich op de eerste verdieping en heeft een woonoppervlak van circa 30 m². De woonslaapkamer beschikt over een open keuken, welke is voorzien van een koelkast, inductiekookplaat, combi-oven/magnetron, vaatwasser en afzuigkap. De badkamer is voorzien van een douche, toilet en wasbak. Daarnaast beschikt de studio over een slaapkamer.

Vanwege het hoge aantal aanvragen kunnen we niet op iedereen reageren. Wij nodigen doorgaans circa 5 kandidaten uit voor een bezichtiging. Location
These beautiful studios are located in the city centre of Groningen. The centre is within walking distance, where you will find a wide range of shops, restaurants, cafés, and cultural hotspots. The main train station can be reached within a few minutes by bike.

Layout
Raamstraat 8-A (Photos 17–20) is located on the first floor and has a living area of approximately 25 m². The living/sleeping area has an open kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, induction hob, combi oven/microwave, dishwasher and extractor hood. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and sink.

Raamstraat 8-C (Photos 8–12) is located on the first floor and has a living area of approximately 30 m². The living/sleeping area has an open kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, induction hob, combi oven/microwave, dishwasher and extractor hood. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and sink. In addition, the studio has a separate bedroom.

Raamstraat 8-E (Photos 2–7) is located on the second floor and has a living area of approximately 25 m². The living/sleeping area has an open kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, induction hob, combi oven/microwave, dishwasher and extractor hood. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and sink.

Raamstraat 8-G (Photos 13–16) is located on the third floor and has a living area of approximately 21 m². The living/sleeping area has an open kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, induction hob, combi oven/microwave, dishwasher and extractor hood. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and sink.

Rent
The rent for studio 8-A is €1225 per month, including furniture, gas, water, electricity, internet and TV.
The rent for studio 8-C is €1225 per month, including furniture, gas, water, electricity, internet and TV.
The rent for studio 8-E is €1150 per month, including furniture, gas, water, electricity, internet and TV.
The rent for studio 8-G is €1050 per month, including furniture, gas, water, electricity, internet and TV.
